"After Crush, we take the step towards a Double IPA using the thiol precursor based on Sauvignon Blanc grape skins, Phantasm®, which awakens intense fruit aromas when interacting with the yeast during fermentation.
To create this unique beer, we add Cascade hops during the mash, Mosaic along with Phantasm® during the whirlpool, and finish with a dry-hop of Mosaic, Motueka, and Mosaic Cryo.
The result is an immense array of fruit with aromas of white grape, pink guava, pineapple, and grapefruit zest, along with hints of sour candies. It is bold and full-bodied on the palate, silky smooth, with flavors of white grape, yellow peach, and ripe pineapple." - Basqueland
