This sour wheat beer-style is a German Classic and one of our favourites! Brewed with 60% wheat giving a beautiful haze before adding Magnum and Citra hops for their delicate citrussy lemon flavours. Soured with our in-house lactic culture and followed by a sprinkle of sea salt making this beer deliciously moreish!
