A perennial favourite and a must-try for anyone interested in discovering Japanese whisky. Hakushu is owned by Suntory, founders of the first Japanese distillery, Yamazaki (I've totally been there!) Hakushu is distilled deep in the Mt. Kaikomagtake range, and these origins are instantly recognisable when tasting this drink. Rejecting sweet, floral tones for fresh, energising ‘green’ flavours such as pine needle, green tea, and mint, this herbal infused whiskey enlivens the senses.
